  • After placing an order in our webshop we will ship your order within 2 working days
  • We only ship an order, when the order has been payed for. Take notice that it sometimes takes a few days for a foreign payment to be accepted by our bank. This can delay the delivery of your order up to two days.
  • Should delivery be delayed because a product is (temporarily) out of stock our support team will notify the customer within 2 working days.
  • Bekk Homeware BV determines the method of transport of the products ordered via the webshop of unless otherwise agreed
  • Free shipping within the Netherlands above € 50,00
  • Shipping costs are automatically added to your shopping cart after filling out your contact information. Costs may differ per country.

Return Policy

You want to return your package or exchange it?*

  • Please send an email to Let us know in your email, what product you want to return / exchange and the reason why you want to do that. Please enclose your telephone number and order number (so we can find all your order details).
  • Our client support will contact you within 2 working days and send you all the required information needed to return the package or options of how we can exchange your product.
  • Please do not forget to print your email with your order number and enclose it to your package, otherwise we do not know who has send us the package
  • We will not reimburse or exchange products until we receive the package.
  • It can take up to 14 days before we get the package back in our warehouse. After receiving the package we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible.
  • *Personalized/engraved products can’t be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Note: The costs of returning are at the expense of the customer. We will only reimburse these costs if an incorrect delivery has been made (read: other product delivered than ordered / damaged product delivered)

Cancel Policy

You want to cancel your order?*

  • Please send an email to within 1 working day after having made the order.
  • However, it is possible that the order has already been processed and shipped, in that case we can no longer reimburse the return costs.
  • *Personalized/engraved products can’t be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

Return Requirements

  • All orders have to be returned within 14 days after receiving the package at home.
  • All products should be unworn, undamaged and send back in their original packaging (we will not accept folded aprons in any way)

Return Received

  • We wil check all returned items after receiving for any damage or other problems. After this check we will send you an email confirming receipt.
  • After sending this confirmation we will exchange or reimburse within 7 working days (note: exchange within 7 working days as long as the required product is in stock)

Return- and other problems

  • When we find worn-marks or damage in any way during inspection of the returned products, we will contact you directly at the given email address or phone number.
